​I couldn't be happier with my new roof from Rise Exteriors! ​Shawn Morancy was my contact and he made the entire process incredibly smooth from the moment he knocked on my door after a big storm. He was excellent with communication, always keeping me in the loop, and truly went above and beyond by chasing after the insurance company for me when they were being uncooperative. He never pressured me when selecting materials to upgrade to more expensive options and only suggested a cheap upgrade to the waterproofing layer when I mentioned I was getting solar in order to protect against the extra nails that would come from that installation. The was finished around lunch time too so the disruption was minimal to my day. ​I love my new roof and highly recommend Shawn and Rise Exteriors!

Rise Exteriors did an outstanding job from the initial contact all the way through to the finish of the project. Definitely delivered stellar service. Andrew Vincent was thorough and super professional during the process even with a few last minute changes. He was upfront all of the cost and variables that could arise so that we could be prepared. The onsite Project Manager, Steve, was very knowledgeable on every aspect of the the work that was being done. The entire project was complete within 48 hours.

There are a lot of companies out there trying to get roofing business - we were blessed to come across Rise Exteriors. They were outstanding from start to finish. Steven Garcia worked closely with us, our insurance company, and the workers themselves, to ensure everything was done to the best of our satisfaction. The products they use are very high-quality, but the cost is extremely reasonable. We ended up choosing one or two minor upgrades, and our out-of-pocket expense (not counting our deductible) was minimal. The work itself was highly professional, the cleanup extremely thorough, and we couldn't be happier with the final outcome.

Had a new roof installed a few days ago and I’m still talking to my friends and neighbors about the incredible service that I received from RISE EXTERIORS DECORATING . Initially Angel Perez came out , sat with me and gave the details of the products and the work to be done , after that Steve Velasquez took over from there and the phone calls leading to the day of the event was numerous, I felt safe calling Steve to ask my million questions and even while he was out with his family he never fail to answer the phone or return my calls . The day of the installation Steve was there to meet me in person and to ensure that everything was going as schedule . He come in and out to inspect the work in progress . At the final completion the clean up process was impeccable. THANKING YOU AND YOUR TEAM FOR A JOB WELL DONE and to the lady doing the hands on in the crew that was a big surprise .. I can't thank Rise Exteriors enough. From working with Chris through the insurance process to working with Steve with the installation of the roof it's been a pleasure and quite a wonderful experience. Chris was patient and doggedly worked through the insurance process but we got it done. Steve was an excellent site supervisor who kept me informed the whole way through and I appreciate. Your crew did an excellent job getting done and cleaning up very thoroughly. Rise exteriors left me overjoyed at the end with my beautiful harbor blue roof.

I've been trying to have my roof replaced for 15 plus years, dealing with broken promises from various contractors and things never worked out, until I met Chris and Jeff, they inspected my roof along with my insurance inspector, a couple of weeks later Mr. Steve scheduled the appointment which was Dec. 9th 2025, he's crew did a great job " controlled chaos" but at the end the Roof looks GREAT, they cleaned up nicely too. All material and debris completely removed from yard and driveway, not to mention my skylights with electric blinds are awesome too. Thank you all for a well done Job !
